नेपाली कांग्रेस ललितपुर जिल्ला समिति नेपालको सबैभन्दा पुराना र ठूला लोकतान्त्रिक दलमध्ये एक, नेपाली कांग्रेसको ललितपुर स्तरको संगठन हो। यस समितिले जिल्लाभरि पार्टीको संगठन विस्तार, नीति–कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन, सदस्यता व्यवस्थापन र चुनावी तयारीजस्ता महत्वपूर्ण कामहरू सम्हाल्ने गर्दछ।
समितिको नेतृत्व हाल जितेन्द्र कुमार श्रेष्ठले गरिरहेका छन्, जसको निर्देशनमा ललितपुरका सबै स्थानीय तह– ललितपुर महानगरपालिका, गोदावरी र कोञ्ज्योसोम नगरपालिका तथा महांकाल, बागमती र महालक्ष्मी नगरपालिका क्षेत्रसँग समन्वय गरी पार्टी गतिविधि सञ्चालन गरिन्छ।
समग्रमा, नेपाली कांग्रेस ललितपुर जिल्ला समिति स्थानीय राजनीति, संगठन सुदृढीकरण र राष्ट्रिय पार्टीलाई जनतासँग जोड्ने महत्वपूर्ण संरचना हो।
जिल्ला पार्टी कार्यालयका मुख्य कामहरू यसप्रकार छन्ः
सदस्यता व्यवस्थापन – नयाँ सदस्य भर्ना गर्ने, नवीकरण गर्ने।
पार्टी बैठक र प्रशिक्षण – जिल्लास्तरका बैठक, भेला, प्रशिक्षण तथा समन्वय कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्ने।
चुनावी तयारी – उम्मेदवार चयन, प्रचार–प्रसार, मतदाता समन्वयजस्ता काम व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

जनसमस्या संकलन – स्थानीय जनतालाई सुनेर समस्याहरू माथिल्लो तहमा पुर्याउने।
पार्टी नीतिको कार्यान्वयन – केन्द्रले दिएको नीति तथा निर्देशिका जिल्लामा लागू गर्ने।
जिल्ला पार्टी कार्यालयले पार्टी र जनतालाई जोड्ने मुख्य पुलको रूपमा काम गर्छ। यही कार्यालयमार्फत पार्टीको उपस्थितिलाई बलियो बनाइन्छ र जिल्लाभरि संगठनात्मक कामहरू प्रभावकारी रूपमा अघि बढाइन्छ।
