These terms apply to all visitors, users, institutions, writers, students, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 13 years of age to create an account

3. Platform Use & Content Guidelines

Platform Content: All content provided by Shine Education, including design, layout, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Shine Education and protected by intellectual property laws.

Institution Listings: Institutions retain ownership of their profile information while granting Shine Education the right to display and share listing information across the Platform and partner services.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shine Education and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform ceases immediately
