नेपाली विद्यार्थी संघ (एनएसयू) ललितपुर जिल्ला समिति विद्यार्थी र समाजलाई सशक्त बनाउन विभिन्न क्षेत्रमा सक्रिय रूपमा योगदान गर्दै आएको छ।
शिक्षामा, समितिले ललितपुरमा पहुँचयोग्य र गुणस्तरीय शिक्षाका अवसरहरूको पक्षमा निरन्तर वकालत गर्दछ। यसले शिक्षाको महत्वबारे सचेतना कार्यक्रमहरू सञ्चालन गर्ने, विद्यालय तथा कलेज सुविधासम्बन्धी चिन्ताहरू उठाउने, र तालिम, कार्यशाला तथा अन्तरक्रिया कार्यक्रममार्फत विद्यार्थीहरूको शैक्षिक विकासमा सहयोग गर्ने कार्य गर्दै आएको छ।
छात्रवृत्तिमा, ललितपुर एनएसयू समितिले सरकार र संस्थागत छात्रवृत्तिहरू निष्पक्ष र पारदर्शी रूपमा वितरण हुने सुनिश्चित गर्न काम गर्दछ। विशेष गरी ग्रामीण बस्तीहरू, सीमान्तकृत समूहहरू र आर्थिक कठिनाइमा रहेका परिवारका विद्यार्थीलाई अवसर दिनमा जोड दिइन्छ, ताकि कुनै विद्यार्थी आर्थिक कारणले शिक्षाबाट वञ्चित नहोस्।
लोकतन्त्रमा, समितिले नेपालको लोकतान्त्रिक आन्दोलनहरूको हिस्सा बनेर महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेलेको छ। युवाहरू र विद्यार्थीहरूलाई परिचालन गरेर यसले लोकतान्त्रिक मूल्यहरू, अभिव्यक्ति स्वतन्त्रता, र सक्रिय राजनीतिक सहभागिताको प्रवर्द्धन गर्दछ। यसले सधैं निरङ्कुश अभ्यासविरुद्ध आवाज उठाउँदै आएको छ र जिल्लामा बहुदलीय लोकतन्त्रको भावना सुदृढ बनाउन काम गर्दै आएको छ।
सामाजिक न्यायमा, ललितपुर एनएसयू समानता र समावेशीतामा केन्द्रित छ। यसले सामाजिक विभेदविरुद्ध अभियान सञ्चालन गर्ने, लैङ्गिक समानताको पक्षमा उभिने, र सीमान्तकृत समुदायहरूको अधिकारका लागि वकालत गर्ने कार्य गर्दछ, जसले शिक्षा र समाजलाई अझ न्यायपूर्ण र प्रगतिशील बनाउन मद्दत गर्दछ।
The Nepal Student Union (NSU) Lalitpur District Committee has been actively contributing in various sectors to empower students and society.
In education, the committee continuously advocates for accessible and quality educational opportunities in Lalitpur. It conducts awareness programs on the importance of education, raises concerns related to school and college facilities, and supports students’ academic development through trainings, workshops, and interaction programs.
In scholarships, the Lalitpur NSU Committee works to ensure fair and transparent distribution of government and institutional scholarships. Special emphasis is placed on providing opportunities to students from rural areas, marginalized groups, and economically challenged families, so that no student is deprived of education due to financial reasons.
In democracy, the committee has played a significant role by being part of Nepal’s democratic movements. By mobilizing youth and students, it promotes democratic values, freedom of expression, and active political participation. It has consistently raised its voice against authoritarian practices and has worked to strengthen the spirit of multiparty democracy in the district.
In social justice, NSU Lalitpur focuses on equality and inclusion. It runs campaigns against social discrimination, stands for gender equality, and advocates for the rights of marginalized communities, helping make education and society more just and progressive.
