नेपाल तरुण दल केन्द्रीय समिति नेपाली कांग्रेसको सबैभन्दा गतिशील र प्रभावशाली युवा भ्रातृ संगठनको सर्वोच्च कार्यकारी निकाय हो। वि.सं. २०१० सालमा जननायक बीपी कोइरालाको प्रेरणा र निर्देशनमा स्थापना भएको यो संगठनको मुख्य उद्देश्य युवाहरूमा लोकतान्त्रिक चेतनाको विकास गर्नु, राष्ट्रियताको रक्षा गर्नु र समाजवादको विचारलाई भुइँतहसम्म पुर्‍याउनु हो। ​केन्द्रीय समितिले संगठनको नीति निर्माण, देशव्यापी रणनीति तय र जिल्ला तथा स्थानीय कमिटीहरूको मार्गदर्शन गर्ने काम गर्दछ। यस समितिले नेपालको राजनीतिक परिवर्तनहरू, नागरिक अधिकारको प्राप्ति, र लोकतन्त्र स्थापनाका हरेक आन्दोलनहरूमा अग्रपङ्क्तिमा रहेर युवाहरूलाई परिचालन गर्दै आएको छ। ​वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्यमा, केन्द्रीय समितिले केवल राजनीतिक मुद्दाहरूमा मात्र सीमित नरहेर सामाजिक रूपान्तरण, युवा उद्यमशीलता, र प्राकृतिक विपत्तिका समयमा स्वयंसेवामा समेत सक्रिय भूमिका खेल्दै आएको छ। स्वदेशमै रोजगारीको सिर्जना, गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा, र नीति निर्माणको तहमा युवाहरूको अर्थपूर्ण प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित गराउन यो समितिले निरन्तर आवाज उठाउँदै आएको छ। संक्षेपमा, नेपाल तरुण दल केन्द्रीय समिति नेपाली राजनीतिमा युवा नेतृत्व विकास गर्ने, लोकतान्त्रिक मूल्यमान्यतालाई संस्थागत गर्ने र मुलुकको समृद्धिका लागि युवा शक्तिलाई रचनात्मक रूपमा परिचालन गर्ने एक मुख्य मेरुदण्ड हो।

​The Nepal Tarun Dal Central Committee is the supreme executive body of the Nepali Congress's most dynamic and influential youth wing. Established in 2010 B.S. under the inspiration and direction of the People's Leader (Jan नायक) B.P. Koirala, the primary objective of this organization is to develop democratic consciousness among the youth, defend nationality, and spread the ideology of socialism to the grassroots level.

​The Central Committee is responsible for formulating organizational policies, designing nationwide strategies, and guiding district and local committees. This committee has been actively mobilizing the youth at the forefront of every movement for political transformation, the attainment of civil rights, and the establishment of democracy in Nepal.

​In the current context, the Central Committee has not limited itself solely to political issues but has also been playing an active role in social transformation, youth entrepreneurship, and voluntary service during natural disasters. It has consistently raised its voice to ensure job creation within the country, quality education, and meaningful representation of youth at the policy-making level. In brief, the Nepal Tarun Dal Central Committee is a key backbone for developing youth leadership in Nepalese politics, institutionalizing democratic values, and constructively mobilizing youth power for the country's prosperity
