Kalbhairav Wushu Academy – Empowering Champions, Building the Future of Nepali Sports
Founded in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, when sports activities across Nepal had nearly come to a halt, Kalbhairav Wushu Academy was established by five passionate martial artists—Bijay Sinjali, Hari Prasad Gole, Amar Bahadur Pulami, Pasang Sherpa, and Nikesh Shrestha—with a mission to revive and strengthen Wushu in Nepal.
Under the leadership of Nikesh Shrestha (President), the organization successfully hosted the 1st Kalbhairav Open Junior Wushu Championship, creating a new platform for young athletes and reigniting enthusiasm for martial arts among athletes, coaches, and sports communities nationwide. What began as Kalbhairav Wushu Guan has now evolved into Kalbhairav Wushu Academy, a nationally recognized institution dedicated to athlete development, sports excellence, and youth empowerment.
